Tom Hespos is a 25+ year veteran of advertising agencies, including Young & Rubicam, Blue Marble ACG, Mezzina Brown & Partners, and Underscore. Throughout his career, Tom engineered Media Days, Innovation Workshops and other showcase events for brand marketers, working with media and tech partners to tailor and focus their message.

In particular, Underscore – which Tom founded – developed a reputation for working with media and technology companies to offer frank feedback and messaging advice that helped clarify value and resulted in long-term partnerships.
